Google Drive access. Evolved Broker CRM uses Google Drive access to locate and reuse your existing client folder structure, including folders that may already exist or be shared with the signed-in Google account, create missing client or transaction folders, and upload client documents into the correct Drive folder.

Google account profile data. Where Google sign-in or OAuth consent provides basic account information, we may use your Google account email address and profile information to identify the connected account, show the connection status, and support authentication.

Data we store. To keep the sync working, we may store encrypted OAuth refresh tokens, temporary access tokens, Google Drive file or folder identifiers, document sync status, file names, web links returned by Google Drive, and related metadata needed to track successful uploads and avoid duplicate syncs.

How we use Google user data. We use Google user data only to provide and maintain the user-facing Google Drive sync feature, troubleshoot sync issues, protect the service, comply with applicable law, and respond to your support requests.

Sharing and transfer. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the document sync feature, operate and secure our services, comply with applicable law, or with your explicit direction.

Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revocation and deletion. You may revoke Evolved Broker CRM’s Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You may also request deletion of stored Google-connected sync data by contacting us at support@evolvebroker.ai.
